RetroArch is a frontend for emulators, game engines and media players. However, if you are using a system that relies primarily on RetroArch for emulation (like Xbox), or you have a beefy PC that can run well regardless of optimizations, you may find success in emulating higher-end systems in RetroArch, too. For more modern consoles, it is often more efficient to rely on standalone emulators, which are generally more optimized than RetroArch. He gets stuck in the virtual world and must pass all levels to escape the machine. For those who enjoyed this game, we recommend Tom & Jerry for the SNES for similar gameplay.īart discovers a virtual reality exhibit at the school science fair. There are seven levels in this game, each requiring you to kill Scratchy that’s basically the entire story. This is the least memorable of The Simpsons video games released on retro consoles and rightfully so the Simpsons family isn’t even in it! It also has a tasteless soundtrack, noticeable bugs, and awful jumping mechanics. The Super Nintendo had four Simpsons video games, and we’re going to rank them from worst to best! From masterpieces like Simpsons Hit & Run to disgraces like Simpsons Wrestling, it can safely be said that most gamers have played at least one Simpsons game in their lifetime. The Simpsons video games have found their way onto almost every game console for all generations.
